Lisa Carlyle

In 1993 Lisa Carlyle was hired as the Sales and Marketing Director for Houston’s First All Tiled Roof Community “Windsor Park Lakes”, a multi-billion dollar project in West Houston. There she wore the hats of several people and grew from the challenges and demands of the position. “The high price point of the homes and demanding clients taught me the importance of being able to deliver high quality consistently even though every project was different”, explains Lisa.

Lisa absorbed everything she could about the homebuilding process, both inside and out including assisting with architectural control. She recognized the relevance of customer service, quality products and craftsmanship along with the importance of maintaining a community’s integrity and the curb appeal of million dollar homes.

Over a period of four years, Lisa worked closely with custom builders, prestigious interior designers, top real estate agents and home buyers/owners. While working with these groups, she recognized custom builders and architects were designing homes with spectacular windows that captured the view of the amenities offered by their communities. It was then that she saw a need for installing window film. She followed her instincts and soon became a top producer for two of her former employers. With 16 years of experience in the custom home industry, a large customer base, and the encouragement from many of her peers, custom home builders, designer associates, and family support…Lisa was ready to start her own company by offering a new level of service in the window film industry and to provide the highest quality products that the industry has to offer.
